Depart at 4.30 AM from Dar es Salaam via Morogoro and Chalinze and proceed to Mikumi National Park for 6 hours. On arrival, make a game drive then enjoy a hot lunch in the afternoon before proceeding with a game drive for the rest hours. The park is endowed with spectacular concentration of wildlife which are rarely seen in other parks like magnificent Sable antelope, African hunting dog, blue wildebeest, Lichtenstein’s hartebeest and others. The gentle foothills and vast miombo woodland savanna in the southern parts of the park are quite spectacular
Arrive at your accommodation in the evening, Mikumi Park Cottages, located inside the park, which gives you an extra game viewing experience.

You'll have breakfast at 07:00 AM before proceeding with a full-day game drive. Drive to Mikumi National Park where you will see all species of animals and birds. Due to its savannah plains, animals in Mikumi NP are easily accessed. You'll have the opportunity to spot them easily. Have lunch in the mid-noon then advance with a game drive for the rest of the afternoon.
Evening: You’ll have a short rest after a long drive then you’ll make Maasai tour along the park from 04:00 PM to 06:30 PM where you will learn more about a polygamy style of Maasai, how to make fire using sticks

After breakfast at 06:30 AM, you will start a safari of 40 minutes to Udzungwa at Sanje waterfall which is the highest in Tanzania and you can swim in the natural pool/Advised swimming clothes. Upon arrival you will meet our guide/rangers who will accompany you on the hiking tour.
Udzungwa Mountains National Park is well known for its excellent hiking, trekking, mountain climbing, and forest walks. The most popular hiking tour is up to the Sanje waterfalls, looking for monkeys, swimming in plunge pools, and enjoying the spectacular view while enjoying a picnic lunch at 01:30 PM.
After your hiking tour you will descend the mountains and be back to Mikumi to have accommodation at Bastian Camp.

Transfer by Road, Camp Bastian Mikumi to Dar es Salaam. You’ll wake up for the morning breakfast at 07:00 AM and then drive back while enjoying the animal view across the Mikumi Flood Plains to Dar es Salaam with a drop off at the hotel or airport as you wish to.
